Here we have the Alctron:MP100V2 Tube Microphone Preamp. This is the second revision of their popular UA 710/Twin finity style preamp now offered in black. The original design was nearly identical circuit wise, but with revision II they have added an aesthetic change on the outside to separate the two a bit more and please people. The MP100V2 is a tube microphone preamplifier. Its unconventional circuit design allows you to blend independent tube and FET circuits to achieve great tonal versatility.

Just use the TRANS/TUBE knob to adjust the blend of the two signal paths, and achieve tonal Nirvana. The high quality 12AX7B tube colors the sound in a very desirable way.
